Leigh Stevens

Managing Director

Leigh commenced his working career in accounting and finance roles before working for a small debt collection business in Bendigo. Once in the business, Leigh saw the potential for growth and eventually bought the business that is now Capstone Collections. Initially a single person operation, Leigh grew Capstone Collections rapidly to the organisation it is today. Capitalising on technology and systems coupled with service excellence, Leigh has built a business with a solid platform for continued and sustained growth. Leigh is equally passionate about family and community and maintains a strong desire to see his employees succeed while enjoying a work life balance.

Steve Carr

General Manager

With more than 20 years’ experience in senior management roles in large and multi-national businesses, Steve joined Capstone Collections at the beginning of 2017 to assist Leigh in developing and growing the business. Sharing Leigh’s passion for customer service, Steve is focused on ensuring that Capstone’s growth continues to meet or exceed client expectations.

Mark Stevens

Operations Manager

After 10 years’ experience in the banking and insurance industries gained in Bendigo and interstate, Mark joined his brother Leigh, initially working in Capstone Collections as a Field Agent. Mark quickly honed his skills and excelled in the role. With a passion for excellence and developing staff to reach their potential, Mark moved into management roles and now leads the team of Capstone’s Field Agents to deliver exceptional customer service to all of Capstone’s clients.

Lauren Dundon

Office Administrator

Lauren joined the Capstone team in early 2018 with 9 years of experience in a variety of administration roles. Responsible for the administration of Capstone office, Lauren liaises with new clients ensuring timely actioning and follow up of all collection requests throughout their life cycle. Lauren shares the team’s passion for customer service ensuring that individual client needs are met.

Belinda Williams

Office Administrator

Belinda is the newest member of the Capstone team joining late in 2019 working closely with Lauren. A quick learner, Belinda has fitted in well and displays strong initiative and focus to achieving results. While new to debt collection, she has applied this level of commitment to actioning collection requests alongside and in support of Lauren.

With a wealth of experience in quality management and accounts, Alix was a natural choice when the expanding Capstone Collections needed someone to oversee the company’s Integrated Management System and accounts receivable function. Alix also supports Belinda in office administration to often be the friendly voice responding to contact by clients.

Lauren Dundon

Office Administrator

Belinda joined Capstone Collections having worked in the banking sector for a number of years. Meticulous and thorough, Belinda has proven very capable as Capstone’s Office Administrator responding to the initial phone or email contact made by clients, administering Capstone’s work management system and liaising between clients and Capstone’s Field Agents.

Having worked in accounting and payroll roles within various government entities before becoming a small business owner, Ron provides tremendous all round administrative support to Capstone Collections. Conscientious and hardworking, Ron delivers reliable accounts payable and payroll services and manages overdue debtors. Ron is strongly committed to the continued success of Capstone Collections.
